Negligent homicide charges for bus driver in Louisiana crash

Authorities have yet to identify who chartered the bus that caused the Aug. 28 fatal wreck on Interstate 10. The crash investigation continues, but the driver, who was an unlicensed and undocumented immigrant from Honduras, has been charged with negligent homicide, reckless operation and driving without a license. Two people died, and dozens have gone to area hospitals with injuries ranging from moderate to critical.
